The independent suspension on our two extra wheels takes the bump out of the road. At stoplights and in corners, you’ll no longer wrestle to keep your bike upright. Hook up, hop on and enjoy the ride!
- Safety: You’ll feel safer on a Trigg. Gravel and other uneven surfaces will be less hazardous to navigate. Wind won’t push you around anymore. Rain will be much less dangerous to ride in.
- Convenience. Minutes. That’s all it takes to attach the Trigg to your motorcycle. Your Trigg can also be equipped with our electrically powered reverse drive motor (EM1). With the EM1, you won’t have to hop off your bike and push to back up. Just flip a switch and back you go! You can also get the optional trailering rail which eliminates the need for an extra carrier trailer to haul your bike.
- Style: You’ll look great riding down the road on your Trigg. Our conversion kits are designed to compliment the appearance of your motorcycle. You can choose your own wheels, fenders, lights, and tires, to customize the Trigg the way you want it look.
Trigg Trike FAQ's - Will it fit my bike?
A Trigg will fit nearly any motorcycle on the road. We have built kits for Harley Davidsons, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Triumph, & Honda and can build for other manufacturers too. - What is included in the $3995 price?
You get a complete motorcycle to trike conversion kit for $3995. The price includes the metal frame, fiberglass body kit, wheels, tires, and all the fasteners and mounting hardware needed to attach a Trigg to your motorcycle. - How is a Trigg mounted?
A Trigg is mounted in the front of the bike utilizing a Belly plate which is attached to the underside of the front of the motorcycle frame beneath the motor. A Trigg is mounted to the back of the bike frame via a bracket which attaches to either the swing arm(s) or the rear of the motorcycle frame near the rear axle. - What is your suspension system?
We utilize a torsion arm suspension and Nascar inspired ‘bump stop’ technology for the Trigg’s suspension. The torsion arms can be employed to work either independently, or dependently when coupled with a stabilizer bar. Larger riders may prefer to employ the torsion arm suspension with the stabilizer bar. The Nascar inspired bump stop technology consists of nylon and urethane bushings at various attachment points. The bushings soften the ride, reduce frame vibration, and stabilize the motorcycle. Our suspension system was designed by a gentleman that worked for Mercedes Benz and Corvette for over 25 years. Our suspension offers a soft ride, while minimizing wheel lift from the auxiliary wheels. - Can I install a Trigg myself?
If you have extensive motorcycle mechanical knowledge, it is possible that you could install a Trigg by yourself. Triggs are relatively easy to install. However, it is our recommendation that you take your Trigg to a motorcycle mechanical shop, motorcycle dealer, or Trigg Authorized dealer to have your kit installed. - How will my Trigg be delivered?
You kit will be shipped to you or the location of your choice in a single box by one of our shipping partners. We typically ship with UPS Freight, Old Dominion, and Roadway. - Do you all paint the Trigg before it is shipped?
We ship each Trigg to the consumer or dealer with a powder coated frame and a black gel coated fiberglass body, but not primered or painted. To ensure the best color match between your Trigg and your motorcycle, we recommend that you take your Trigg to a local paint shop in your area to have your Trigg painted to match your motorcycle. - Do you offer a warranty?
Yes our steel frames and hub brackets are warranted for their lifetime. - Are wheels and tires included in the $3995 price?
Yes. Your choice of wheels and tires are included in the price. Please take a look at our accessories page to see the wheel options available with a Trigg purchase. - What is the width of a Trigg? There are three important widths you may need for various reasons:
For our standard frames: Width from the Outside of the Fenders: The width from the outside of the fenders is 55 Inches. Width from the Inside of the Fenders: The width from the inside of the fenders is 36 inches. Width between the Hubs: The width between the hubs is 51 inches - Is there any special equipment needed to attach the Trigg to my motorcycle?
No special equipment is needed to install a Trigg other than a floor jack or motorcycle jack. Generally speaking, you’ll also need an assortment of crescent wrenches, allen wrenches, and measuring tape to install your Trigg. Other small hand tools may be needed to complete your install depending on the configuration of your bike. For ordering information click here .
